Note

Profile Requirements:

8–12 years of hands-on Java development experience.
Strong expertise in core Java; able to code independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to understand and analyze existing .NET/C# code (prior .NET experience is a plus, not mandatory).
Comfortable using AI tools to interpret .NET code during migration.
No architecture/design responsibilities — architecture is already defined.
Must be confident in taking features end-to-end, including deployment to production.
Strong communication skills.
Financial domain experience is preferred but not required.

Project Context:

Modernization project migrating an existing .NET application to Java.
Domain includes loan management, payments, and disbursements.
