Senior IT System Administrator

As an experienced senior system administrator, your role will involve monitoring and optimizing the complex IT infrastructure in collaboration with the international IT infrastructure Team. Your expertise in system monitoring, user management, and cloud support will be crucial for managing complex international projects effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Handle second-level issues and escalate them to manufacturers when necessary. - Manage and optimize monitoring systems such as PRTG, Arctic Wolf, Defender, and Veeam to ensure data integrity. - Administer and manage Azure platform operations and provide support for Salesforce administration. - Develop and maintain data delivery processes for IT-controlling, including capacity and license management. - Execute patch management initiatives for VMWare, Citrix, Windows, and other platforms in coordination with the international IT infrastructure Team. - Offer advanced troubleshooting and infrastructure support for international teams. - Administer the Asia Datacenter, including client PC and mobile device administration in collaboration with the international IT infrastructure Team. Key Requirements: - Require extensive experience in system administration and cloud platforms. - Strong knowledge of monitoring tools, patch management, and infrastructure support is essential. - Proficiency in data analytics and IT-controlling processes is a must. - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects across various regions. - Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary. - Collaborate and support international teams across different time zones effectively. - Proficiency in German is advantageous but not mandatory. However, candidates must have a minimum of B2-level English proficiency to communicate effectively within international teams and headquarters.
