Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Sourcing Expertise:
Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for niche (e.g., AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud architecture) and non-niche (e.g., software development, IT support) roles.
Bulk Hiring:
Plan and execute high-volume hiring campaigns for IT and support functions, ensuring timely and quality closures.
Strategic Sourcing:
Leverage market intelligence, talent mapping, and proactive pipeline building to meet current and future hiring needs.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, business leaders, and external partners to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Compliance & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record in niche hiring and bulk recruitment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Experience in stakeholder management and strategic planning.
