Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing offers.Focus on hiring for product-based tech companies.Recruit across various tech domains – Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA, Cloud, Data, and more.Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver top-quality profiles.Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social platforms.Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers for reporting and transparency.Ensure a positive candidate experience and build long-term talent relationships. Requirements:3–5 years of experience in IT recruitment.

Proven experience hiring for product-based companies – mandatory.Hands-on expertise in sourcing and screening across diverse tech stacks.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Immediate joiners preferred.
