Job Description

Location:

Experience:

Senior IT/Lead Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage

    Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, GPO, and compliance processes

    .
  • Oversee

    Sophos XDR endpoint/server protection and Sophos XG firewalls

    .
  • Administer

    Windows Server 2022+, Ubuntu/Linux servers

    , and patch management.
  • Manage

    network devices

    – Sophos access points, switches, and connectivity.
  • Support

    developer tools setup

    (Visual Studio, Docker, Python).
  • Handle

    IT ticketing, incident resolution, and change management

    .
  • Collaborate with

    onshore US teams

    for IT support and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6+ years in IT operations, with 2+ years in a lead role
  • Strong knowledge of

    security, infrastructure, and networking

  • Hands-on with

    Sophos solutions, AD/Entra ID, Windows & Linux servers

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with ITIL processes and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, HIPAA)
  • Certifications in Microsoft, Sophos, or ITIL
