We're Hiring: Interior Design Consultant

Location: Wurfel Kuche – Banaswadi, Bangalore (An Unit of Amar Living)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years and above
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience & design acumen)
Incentives: Lucrative monthly incentive plan

Role Responsibilities:

• Client Discovery & Engagement:

Understand client vision, lifestyle needs, and spatial requirements through deep consultations. Build trust and translate expectations into elegant design concepts.

• Moodboards & Concept Creation:

Develop mood boards and initial design concepts for client presentation — focused on style, materials, and layout ideas. Offer ballpark estimates for project alignment.

• Design & Drafting:

Create detailed 2D layouts and assist in 3D visualizations, incorporating materials, textures, and luxury finishes. Work closely with Manika & the design team to bring concepts to life.

• Material Sourcing & Styling:

Recommend fabrics, finishes, lighting, furniture, and accessories — always keeping luxury and timelessness at the core.

• Project Support:

Coordinate with execution teams and vendors to ensure smooth design implementation. Make on-site visits when necessary.

Skills & Software Proficiency:

• Strong design sensibility with a modern–contemporary aesthetic
• Excellent spatial awareness and visualization skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
• Understanding of premium materials, finishes, and luxury design language
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong time and task management capabilities
