Ltd,  Laxmisagar, Bhubaneswar.   Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and creative Sr. Interior Designer to join our dynamic team at Vizous Interio Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design and strong expertise in AutoCAD, 2D drafting, and 3D visualization tools. This role involves creating precise technical drawings, realistic 3D renderings, and models that effectively communicate design concepts.   Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate 2D floor plans, elevations, and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD Create and modify construction drawings, layouts, and schematics as per client and project requirements. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Use 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max or similar) to create realistic renderings and models that showcase design concepts. Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and clients to refine design concepts and accurately represent ideas. Present design layouts and 3D visualizations to clients; incorporate their feedback into revisions. Assist in preparing design presentations and reports for internal and client meetings. Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements. Stay updated on latest trends, design techniques, and visualization software.   Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Certification in AutoCAD, 3D design software, or similar tools is a plus. Experience:  4–5 years of experience in interior design projects, with hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D visualization tools. Prior experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 2D and other relevant 3D design tools. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and 3D design tools (3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion). Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Strong problem-solving and time management skills and understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes.  Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience.
