Pay: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with strong creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to design and deliver exceptional interior spaces. The ideal candidate will take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that every detail aligns with client aspirations, functional needs, and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and project scope.
• Develop innovative interior concepts, space plans, and design presentations.
• Prepare and present 2D layouts, 3D renders, and detailed design proposals.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
• Ensure adherence to design standards, building codes, and safety norms.
• Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure design execution meets quality expectations.
• Supervise on-site implementation, ensuring alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and manage BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and materials in interior design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality, budget, and timeline standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of professional experience in interior design (residential, commercial, or institutional projects).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and related design tools.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, color theory, and furniture design.
• Excellent visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Proven project management and team coordination capabilities.
