The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating innovative and functional design concepts, and developing detailed construction drawings. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to oversee the execution of interior design projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines. The role involves selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), integrating architectural elements, and delivering polished, customer-centric design solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design Experience in Architecture and knowledge of construction methodologies Skilled in generating detailed Construction Drawings Expertise in FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, and finishes Strong project management and client communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is highly desirable
