Senior Interior Designer

Job Description

Sigma Interiors is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential and commercial interior projects across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, client-handling experience, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead interior design projects from concept development to final execution

Create and present 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and detailed design concepts

Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions

Prepare material selections, mood boards, and design presentations

Work closely with project managers, production teams, and site teams

Ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings and timelines

Review BOQs, estimates, and design specifications

Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues

Guide and mentor junior designers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture

1 - 3 years of experience in interior design (residential/commercial)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Coohom, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion or similar tools

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and modular systems

Excellent client communication and presentation skills

Ability to handle multiple projects independently

Knowledge of site execution and coordination
