Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Bill of Quantities Specialist. The role involves preparing bills of quantities by way of reading the autocad drawings, 3D’s, writing description of work with specifications, conducting cost analysis and filling the accurate cost, writing material specifications. Attention to detail and strict adherence to project timelines are essential. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing bills of quantities and cost analysis Experience in both residential and commercial Interior projects Ability to liaise with design team, vendors, suppliers, project managers, and other stakeholders to analyse the cost and details Strong numerical and analytical skills Attention to detail and adherence to project timelines Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field Experience in the BOQ making for residential and commercial interior design is MUST
