Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Interiors Tenders and Quotations Specialist. The responsibilities include preparing and managing tenders and quotations for various interior design projects, conducting detailed cost analyses, and collaborating with the design and project management teams. The role involves maintaining accurate records, developing cost-effective solutions, and ensuring the timely submission of tenders and quotations.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and managing tenders and quotations
• should have experience in filing Tender Paper Work and filling appropriate rates in the Quotations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for conducting cost analyses
• Proficiency in collaborating with design and project management teams
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering
• Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software is a plus
