Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and translate them into functional, aesthetic, and budget-aligned office interior designs.
• Develop and present mood boards, concepts, space plans, 2D/3D layout drawings, and material selections.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, procurement, and execution teams to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
• Prepare detailed GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, BOQs, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors on design specifications and materials.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design adherence and resolve on-site challenges.
• Stay updated with current trends, innovations, materials, and technologies in corporate interiors.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture
• 2–6 years of experience in corporate/commercial interior projects (fit-out experience preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Adobe Suite, and MS Office (knowledge of Revit is a plus)
• Strong visualization and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and client-interaction skills
• Ability to multitask and manage design timelines effectively
