We’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer to bring creativity, structure, and leadership to our growing design studio — MyClosets Interiors.

If you love transforming ideas into beautifully executed homes, mentoring a design team, and seeing projects through from vision to handover, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead the design journey — from concept, moodboards, and 3D renders to detailed drawings and FF&E selections.

2. Manage multiple residential projects — coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

3. Drive sales and project conversion — engage with clients, present design concepts persuasively, guide decision-making, and convert inquiries into confirmed projects while maintaining strong client relationships.

4. Mentor junior designers — guide creative direction, uphold brand aesthetics, and raise the bar on every project.

What Success Looks Like

* 80%+ of projects delivered on time and within budget.

* 4.5+ average client satisfaction score.

* Noticeable growth and skill development across junior designers.

What You Bring

* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Interior Design (or related field).

* 3+ years of experience in residential interior design.

* Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape / D5.

* Strong material knowledge and technical execution skills.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

* A portfolio that shows both creativity and functionality.
