Senior Interior Designer

About Us:

• Work with the interior design team to develop design solutions.
• Confident and passionate about interior designing.
• Research concepts and materials to support the design team on technical issues influencing concept development.
• Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.
• To prepare and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards, and other documents relating to the design.
• Ability to create a computer-based floor plan and work with design software & templates.
• Able to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion.
• Able to deal with the management of junior & intermediate designers on the team.
• Conduct on-site observations and provide recommendations to help streamline ongoing design projects.
• Prepare and participate in client presentations.
• Select furniture, materials, decor, and finishes while keeping within budget.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds max, V ray or similar design software.
• Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
• Project management experience.
• You have been an interior designer for at least three years.
• Knowledge of costing and preparing project commercials (BOQ, Discount).
• Experienced in designing interiors for residential projects and commercial.
• Strong interaction, communication, sketching, and presentation skills expected.
