About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the modular interiors industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modular kitchen and wardrobe design, material knowledge, and the ability to lead projects from client briefing to execution. This role also requires a flair for sales and excellent client communication, ensuring both aesthetic and functional excellence while meeting business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end interior design projects, especially modular kitchen and wardrobe solutions.
• Meet with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyles, and preferences.
• Present design concepts, layouts, and material boards tailored to client needs.
• Guide clients through material selection and modular customization options.
• Prepare 2D space plans, 3D views, and BOQs with coordination from the design team.
• Coordinate with vendors, site supervisors, and project managers for smooth execution.
• Ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met consistently.
• Participate in sales conversations, convert leads, and drive closure of projects.
• Stay updated with design trends, finishes, and innovative modular solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the modular interior industry (kitchens, wardrobes, storage systems).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape , Lumion and having 3Ds Max is a plus .
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, and fittings used in modular furniture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written.
• Proven ability in sales pitching and client relationship management.
• High attention to detail, creativity, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
