Responsibilities and Duties ➢ Execute full design process, from initial sketch through start of production ➢ Utilize your experience with all phases of Interior Design project deliverables from Concept Design through Construction Administration to realize a successful design concept ➢ Work independently or with minor oversight to perform assignments including, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning. ➢ Produce mood,material and design presentations independently or with minimal supervision ➢ Participate in internal and consultant meetings ➢ Train and mentor junior designers ➢ Be wildly creative and push the boundaries! ➢ Provide leadership skills and team management with a desire to mentor junior staff ➢ Assists in marketing efforts and Request For Proposal responses ➢Prepare and manage budgets for interior design projects, including estimates for design hours, furnishings, and materials. Qualifications ➢ Working knowledge of AutoCad 2D, Sketchup, and 3Ds Max are required ➢ Expertise in project delivery of the entire project lifecycle ➢ Bachelor's degree in Interior Design with 3- 5 years of related ➢ Keen understanding of design styles and era ➢ Strong communication, presentation, and team-building skills.
