Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop detailed design concepts to meet project criteria and functional requirements.
• Oversee the entire interior design process, managing project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead a team of junior/intermediate designers.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, clients, and specialists (MEP, structural, lighting, etc.).
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, accessibility standards, and functional requirements.
• Lead the preparation of detailed design and construction documents.
• Interface with clients, contractors, and consultants; lead project meetings and client presentations.
• Delegate tasks effectively and provide mentorship/training to junior designers.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience, with a proven track record of leading complex

  Commercial and Residential

  projects.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

  .
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Exceptional design sensibility, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and teams.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, interior design concepts, building codes, and construction techniques.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of completed projects is required.
