Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of IT products/services to explain features and map them to client needs.
Lead Generation: Source new business through outbound cold calls, emails, and inbound lead follow-up.
Prospecting & Qualification: Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, understand needs, and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
Sales Process: Conduct online demos, present solutions, negotiate terms, and pass qualified leads to senior sales for closure.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client information in the CRM system.
Strategy & Collaboration: Work with marketing to develop campaigns, align strategies, and achieve sales targets.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on progress to management.

Key Skills:

Learning & adopting required technical knowledge on IT products & its deep functional operations.
Command in online Software demo presentations Skills.
Strong communication (written & verbal) and negotiation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Ability to understand customer needs and articulate value propositions.
Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
Experience in inside sales, business development, or a related sales role.
Understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
