As a Senior Implementation Specialist at CIS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial institutions are synchronized with MasterCard financial messaging. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the central point of contact for customers and/or MasterCard customer representatives throughout processing implementation project execution. - Providing testing support to MasterCard customers for all products and services. - Serving as a processing implementation advisor to customers processing support staff by offering guidance on necessary implementation activities. - Managing multiple key customer processing implementation projects simultaneously, including key implementations in key markets and services/products. - Defining, creating, maintaining, and documenting standard and non-standard key customer processing implementation processes. - Conducting training sessions for CIS organization, other MasterCard organizations, and the customer. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business, or equivalent work experience. - The ability to interact effectively with customers, senior and executive management. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on leveraging these skills in a teaching environment. - The ability to drive change in a technical work environment. - Strong multitasking abilities to cover multiple projects. - Fluency in English is a requirement, while being multilingual is a plus.
