Job Description

As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading implementation and deployment activities for Hospitality products or similar platforms within the Hospitality industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Organizing and aligning team members with diverse skill sets to ensure successful project delivery. - Setting documentation standards and leading alignment across all regions handling deployments. - Documenting processes, configurations, and best practices for internal and external use. You are expected to develop deep expertise in Central Reservation System, Channel Management, GDS, Rates Mapping, and Guest Management System. Additionally, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues, collaborate with Product and Technical teams, and serve as the final escalation point for implementation-related challenges. Your role will also involve engaging with customers as a subject matter expert, serving as the point of contact for complex customer engagements, and participating in pre-sales discoveries to understand customer objectives and define advanced configurations if needed.
