About the Role

Senior HVAC Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete execution of

  cleanroom HVAC systems

  , including AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, and air distribution systems.
• Coordinate with design consultants, vendors, and OEMs to ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Manage

  installation, testing, and commissioning

  activities at site with strict focus on safety and quality.
• Review engineering drawings, airflow, and temperature/humidity control systems for ISO 14644 compliance.
• Oversee contractor teams, monitor progress, and prepare daily/weekly project reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with EHS guidelines and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with procurement and design teams to resolve any technical issues on-site.

Required Experience & Skills

• 15–20 years

  of hands-on experience in

  HVAC project execution

  for cleanroom, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or electronics manufacturing facilities.
• Proven expertise in

  chiller systems

  ,

  cooling tower installation

  , and high-efficiency HVAC operations.
• Strong understanding of

  cleanroom standards

  , airflow balancing, filtration, and temperature control.
• Ability to lead large teams and coordinate multiple vendors at complex project sites.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
