MedPlus Health Services Limited is actively looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage blue-collar hiring in Bangalore.

Key Details:

Ø Role: Senior HR Executive – Field Recruitment

Ø Location : RR Nagar, Pattangere, Global Village, Bangalore, Karnataka

Ø Experience : 3 to 6 years in field recruitment, specifically in blue-collar/bulk/mass hiring

Ø Salary : ₹45,000 Gross per month (Hike will be based on experience and capability)

Ø Qualification : Any Graduate

Ø Travel : Must be open to frequent field travel

Desired Profile:

Ø We are seeking a professional with strong field recruitment experience, including:

Ø Expertise in blue-collar and bulk hiring

Ø Hands-on experience with job fairs, job melas, campus hiring, employment exchanges, NGOs, skill development centers, and training institutes

Ø Ability to hire candidates within minimum wage structures
