Senior Human Resource Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with authorized manpower service providers on recruitment

• Obtain personal data form of sourced manpower

• Report on screened manpower to Corporate office designated persons.

• Maintain a employee data base of manpower

• Verify the attendance of the supplied manpower physically .

• Ensure training completion of new joiners and deployment details

• Report on training status of new joiners

• Monitor leave and absenteeism of the operators and staff

• Report on absenteeism of operators more than 3 days and counsel employees on absenteeism

• Send daily attendance report on opening as well closing of the day

• Maintain compliance / legal requirements

• Maintain Form A Employee Register, Form B Register of Wages, Form C Loan Register and Form D Muster Roll

• Verify the attendance maintained at site as well produced by authorized vendor, ensure correctness and bring out deviations if any

• Ensure remittance of EPF, ESI, Professional of vendor employees and report on the compliance status of vendor.

• Co-ordinate with Customer Team on all Internal Audit , Inspections and ensure full compliance.

• Source manpower as and when required for the operations.

• Maintain discipline among operators and ensure orderly behavior of employees.

• Redress the grievance of operators

• Forecast absenteeism and attrition if any

• Ensure replacement and ensure standard head count for smooth operation.

• Responsible ensure capture , maintain and share attendance report of direct employees

• Liaison with Govt Authorities

• as and when required.

• Source , screen direct employees position openings, co-ordinate with Corporate Office for final interview and selection process.
