Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management for plant employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory act, and industrial relations policies.
Maintain HR documentation, including personnel records, statutory registers, and reports.
Handle audits and liaise with government authorities for statutory compliance.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
Conduct engagement activities, welfare programs, and grievance redressal sessions.
Collaborate with unions/workers committees and support negotiations, if required.
Ensure a safe and healthy workplace through HR-led initiatives.

3. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Support recruitment activities, including screening and hiring blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Facilitate onboarding, induction programs, and role alignment for new employees.

4. Training & Development

Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for workforce development.
Ensure adherence to training calendars and track learning progress.

5. Performance Management & HR Strategy

Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems at the plant level.
Work closely with plant leadership to support HR strategy execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
Experience:
4-7 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/plant setup.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, payroll management, and grievance handling.
Attributes:
Good communication, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to employee engagement.
