Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of their equipment. Assist customers in understanding the features and benefits of their material handling equipment. 3. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Prepare service reports and documentation for customer records and warranty purposes. 4. Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests. 5. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing service tasks. Ensure that all equipment is serviced in compliance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines. 6.
