Technical Assistant To Plant Head

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the Plant Head. Utilize Advanced Excel to manage, analyze, and interpret data. Employ ChatGPT and other AI tools are prefered to extract information, generate summaries, and support data analysis. Develop and maintain insightful data analytics dashboards like BI Dashboards. Proactively follow up with Heads of Departments (HODs) and other stakeholders on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion. Prepare professional and impactful PowerPoint presentations for awards, stakeholder meetings, and other high-level communications. Maintain organized records and documentation. Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and other administrative duties as needed. Demonstrate strong active communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred candidate profile Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any relevant field. Proven proficiency in Advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas, data validation). Working knowledge of ChatGPT and other AI tools for data analysis and information retrieval. Experience in data analytics and creating dashboards. Excellent active communication and interpersonal skills. Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail. Good typing speed and accuracy. Proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint presentations. Preferred: 2 Year + Prior experience working in the automobile industry.
