Qualification:- MSW/MBA-H.R,LLB from a good Institute/University
(Specialization in HR & I.R )
Age group- 40- 50 yrs
(a) Candidate should has the knowledge of labour / industrial laws
(b) Good communication leadership and presentation skills
(c) Capable to initiate motivational / counseling activities for improvements
(d) Plant Administration and maintaining harmonious IR & HR policies
(e) Team building, effective grievances handling system, employees retention and training & development would be key requirement.
(f) Facility, Security & House Keeping management.
(g) Good Knowledge of Labour Legislation + Compliances
