Senior Human Resource Executive

As an experienced HR professional, you will play a crucial role within the organization, focusing on the following key functions: - **Campus Hiring & Placement Coordination:** - Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment drives, fostering relationships with placement officers - Conduct pre-placement sessions, coordinate interview schedules, and manage post-offer engagement - **Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:** - Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding - Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop hiring strategies - Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain recruitment MIS - Handle employee queries on salary, reimbursements, and statutory deductions - **Policy Formulation & HR Documentation:** - Assist in drafting and updating HR policies to align with company goals and regulations - Communicate policies effectively and maintain accurate HR records and documentation - **KRA/KPI & Performance Management:** - Support in defining performance metrics and appraisal processes - Analyze performance data for management reviews and assist in development actions - **Employee Lifecycle & Engagement:** - Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, conduct exit interviews, and drive engagement programs - **Interdepartmental Coordination:** - Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments for seamless operations - Provide support for various HR needs and grievance handling across functions **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) - 2-4 years of relevant HR experience with exposure to campus hiring & recruitment - Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively This full-time position requires your presence during the morning shift.
