Senior Human Resource Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for Pan India internal recruitment at Hike Education. Your main duties will include managing the recruitment cycle, conducting various types of interviews, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating with the sales & operations team, managing onboarding processes, and staying updated on recruiting trends and best practices. Additionally, you will be involved in coordinating with the Hiring Manager, designing company policies, handling salary-related issues, induction of new employees, managing employee retention and attrition, conducting exit interviews, and overseeing the implementation of company policies. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct all types of interviews including virtual and face-to-face - Source candidates using various search methods to build a strong candidate pipeline - Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and conducting phone screenings - Manage the recruitment cycle and onboarding process - Stay informed about recruiting trends and best practices - Coordinate with the Hiring Manager for recruitment activities - Manage day-to-day operations on the floor - Design company policies and ensure their implementation - Resolve salary-related issues of employees in a timely manner - Conduct induction for new employees - Address employee retention and attrition issues - Conduct exit interviews for all levels of employees - Handle joining formalities of newly hired employees - Manage the POSH committee and address grievances Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency) - Ability to conduct various types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.) - Hands-on experience with selection processes like phone interviewing and reference checks - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities No additional details of the company were included in the job description.,
