Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to onboarding. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers to identify top talent and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and prepare effective job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, consultancies, and campus drives.
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and updated interview data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and follow established interview processes.
  • Ensure all candidate details are correctly recorded in the recruitment database.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations throughout the hiring process.

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
