Job Title:

Senior HRBP Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the business to align HR strategies with business goals

• Conduct regular one-on-one connects with employees to ensure engagement and address concerns

• Drive Performance Management System processes for employees

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and processes

• Design and implement talent retention strategies

• Conduct compensation benchmarking with respect to customers and competition


Required Skills:

• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• In-depth knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS)

• Understanding of HR policies, processes, and compliance

• Experience in talent retention strategies and engagement initiatives

• Analytical mindset for compensation benchmarking and market insights

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence decisions


Qualification & Experience:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field

• 10-15 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience


We are looking for immediate joiners. The role offers a budget of 15LPA–20 LPA and is a work-from-office position based in Noida, 5 days a week.
