Senior HR Recruiter – Solar & Civil Construction Hiring (5+ Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with hands-on experience in hiring for Solar, Civil, Electrical, and project-based positions. The role involves complete recruitment ownership—sourcing to joining.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment (Primary Role)

Hiring for Solar & Civil EPC roles such as:

- Site Engineers

- Civil Supervisors

- Solar Technicians

- Project Managers

- QA/QC

- HSE

- Store In-Charge

- Site Administrator

- BDM / Sales (Solar Rooftop & EPC)

Activities:

- End-to-end hiring: sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → onboarding

- Source from Consultancy, Job portals & internal references

- Screen technical profiles (Solar EPC, Civil, MEP, Project Execution)

- Coordinate technical interviews

- Negotiate salaries and issue offers

2. Job Posting & Employer Branding

- Create strong, attractive job ads

- Use correct keywords and hashtags

- Improve the company’s hiring presence online

3. Candidate Management

- Maintain internal talent pipeline

- Reduce offer-drop ratio

- Build a strong database for Solar & Civil project hiring

4. Coordination

- Work with project managers & site teams

- Understand manpower requirements

- Submit weekly hiring status reports

Required Skills

- 5+ years of recruitment experience in Solar EPC / Civil Construction / Infrastructure

- Strong sourcing skills from familiar Job portals

- Experience in both blue-collar and white-collar hiring

- Ability to manage 10–20 open positions at once

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills

- Good Excel/MIS tracking ability

Education

- MBA HR / MSW HR / BBA HR preferred

- OR strong practical experience in project-based hiring

Salary Range

₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month
