Job Title: Senior HR Recruiter Location: Sector 135 Noida, Uttar Pradesh Experience Required: 2–4 years in recruitment Salary: ₹ 20,000 – ₹ 28,000 per month Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both IT and non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Job Portal Expertise: Leverage Naukri.com extensively for sourcing candidates, posting job openings, and managing applications. Bulk Hiring: Handle high-volume recruitment, ensuring timely closure of positions within specified timelines. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers and negotiate terms in alignment with company policies and budget constraints. Reporting: Maintain and update recruitment databases, providing regular reports on hiring progress and metrics. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, with a proven track record of utilizing Naukri.com for candidate sourcing. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using job portals, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and MS Office Suite. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Negotiation: Ability to negotiate effectively with candidates and vendors. Team Collaboration: Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications: Postgraduate diploma in HR or related certification. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment trends and best practices in the industry.
