Senior HR (Female)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to handle all HR functions, staff management, and coordination for our interior design firm. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English, proven leadership ability, and prior experience in the interior or construction sector to effectively manage design and project-based teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
• Manage and supervise all staff members, ensuring discipline and productivity
• Act as the central coordination point between management, project teams, and other departments
• Maintain smooth communication flow between site staff, office staff, and management
• Oversee performance reviews, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the company’s work culture
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Coordinate training programs to enhance staff skills and efficiency
• Maintain updated employee records and HR databases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry
• Strong command over English – both written and verbal
• Proven ability to handle staff at multiple levels and coordinate across departments
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
