Senior HR Executive

Role Overview: As an HR Executive, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment processes, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating employee engagement activities, handling disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws. You will also assist in performance appraisal cycles and training initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Maintain accurate employee records and handle documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and ID cards. - Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication. - Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and support a healthy work environment. - Assist in performance appraisal cycles and training initiatives. - Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. - Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory). - Strong understanding of HR processes and Indian labor law compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,
