Job Description

Being responsible for the employee life cycle management for all employees in the Mumbai office, around 150 headcount.
End to End recruitment for Mumbai business service lines and support functions from sourcing to exit, including support for critical pan India hires as and when needed.
Custodian for maintaining employee relations through regular 1-1 and team connect
Implementing periodic employee engagement activities for all service lines/teams
Liaising with Service Line Heads as a Business Partner and suggesting interventions for business efficiency.
Supporting business in recruitment, competition, mapping, retention, training need analysis, etc. as and when needed.

Being a strong partner and advisor to the business on all HR related matters
Resolving employee issues and conducting through investigations where required

Key skills-

Eligibility Criteria

Prior Experience in HR business partnering role and Recruitment
Good knowledge of HR related metrics and leveraging data driven insights/ dashboarding.
Solid track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders
Strong communications, negotiation and influencing skills
Post-graduate from a premium institute with HR specialization preferred
8-12 years of relevant work experience
Any related independent projects undertaken can be highlighted
