Senior HR Executive – MyHealthBuddy

At MyHealthBuddy, we’ve transformed the lives of over 75,000 clients — primarily women — through evidence-based online health coaching. We’re now expanding through Omama, India’s first dedicated range of postpartum healing clinics. With a 150+ strong remote-first team and growing fast, we’re looking for a Senior HR executive to help us scale smartly, mindfully, and culturally right.

What You’ll Support

1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Ops

• Lead recruitment for diverse roles: remote coaches, clinic physios, wellness coordinators, sales, marketing, and beyond. 

• Build hiring funnels and help refine SOPs for screening, onboarding, and training to welcome new talent seamlessly. 

2. HR Systems

• Support employee records, manage lifecycle events, and streamline processes through our HRMS platform

• Support the implementation of HR policies (leaves, conduct, protocols, etc.), & government compliances

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional written and spoken English; you should be comfortable in written communication, updating documents and talking to candidates and employees every day

• Less than 2 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in fast-scaling startups or health/wellness/retail

• An execution mindset of owning and solving problems rather than sitting on fences
