Job Title: Senior Host

Location: Bounce INC, Mumbai – Malad
Department: Operations / Guest Experience
Reports To: Duty Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Host at Bounce INC is a key frontline leader responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing floor operations. This role involves supervising hosts, ensuring safety protocols are followed, driving engagement activities, and acting as a bridge between guests and management. The ideal candidate is energetic, confident, guest-focused, and capable of handling operational responsibilities in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure a high-energy, engaging environment at all times
  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and manage crowd flow
  • Promote Bounce activities, events, memberships, and offers

Floor & Operations Management

  • Supervise daily floor activities including trampolines, dodgeball, slam dunk zones, etc.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety rules and Bounce SOPs
  • Conduct safety briefings and monitor guest behavior on the floor
  • Coordinate with Duty Managers during peak hours and special events

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and guide junior hosts and new joiners
  • Allocate zones and responsibilities to hosts during shifts
  • Ensure team discipline, punctuality, grooming, and performance standards
  • Assist in training and onboarding of new staff

Sales & Revenue Support

  • Upsell party packages, merchandise, and add-on activities
  • Support birthday parties, corporate events, and group bookings
  • Encourage repeat visits through excellent service and engagement

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across guest areas
  • Report incidents, near misses, or equipment issues immediately
  • Maintain daily reports related to attendance, incidents, and guest feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or customer service
  • Prior experience in a team-leading or supervisory role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory; Marathi preferred)
  • High energy, confident personality with strong people skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in an active environment
