We are a seed funded startup in pre-revenue stage. We are currently building our founding team and are looking for high intent individuals who can eventually take on CXO level leadership roles.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, Haryana.

The candidate will oversee the end-to-end design and production process, from conceptualizing home décor collections to managing quality assurance and production timelines.

Responsibilities include collaborating with suppliers and artisans, implementing SKU governance, ensuring consistency by codifying finishes, and adhering to strict quality standards.

The role involves leadership in strategizing designs, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution for clients within the handicraft industry.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Home Décor Design, with skills in product development, trend forecasting, and collection conceptualization.
• Strong background in Manufacturing and Production Management, including quality assurance and process optimization.
• Experience in Supply Chain Coordination and Vendor Management to streamline operations across a diverse group of artisans and suppliers.
• Leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on spearheading cross-functional projects successfully.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills to ensure collaboration and adherence to deadlines.
• Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with SKU management and finish codification processes is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Business Management, or a related field is desirable.

Compensation

INR 25-35 lakhs / annum depending upon the candidate suitability.
