Job Title: Senior Hardware Design Engineer (Power Electronics) Experience: 5+ Years Open Positions: 3 Job Responsibilities: · Design and develop power electronics circuits and systems, including DC/DC and AC/DC converters, motor drivers, and related hardware. · Execute analog and digital circuit design, including signal conditioning, amplification, and filtering. · Perform schematic capture and multi-layer PCB layout using tools such as Altium, Cadence, or Eagle, ensuring manufacturability and testability. · Use simulation tools like LTspice, PSpice for design optimization and signal integrity analysis. · Lead hardware troubleshooting, bring-up testing, and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment. · Ensure designs comply with EMI/EMC and regulatory standards. · Collaborate with firmware/software teams for embedded system integration. · Conduct power management and thermal analysis for electronic components. · Prepare and maintain technical specifications, test plans, and detailed reports. · Mentor junior engineers and manage project timelines and deliverables. Job Requirements: · Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. · Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hardware design, preferably in power electronics. · Proficiency in circuit simulation, PCB design, and lab testing tools. · Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
