We are looking for a Senior Guest Relations & Café Operations Manager who will be the face of our café, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations

  • Be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring an outstanding hospitality experience.
  • Build strong relationships with regulars and VIP customers, remembering preferences and personalizing service.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
  • Guide customers with coffee & food recommendations, upselling signature items and specialty offerings.
  • Represent the brand’s culture, values, and passion for specialty coffee.

Café Operations

  • Oversee daily café operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with baristas, kitchen, and service staff to deliver seamless service.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and vendor coordination for smooth inventory management.
  • Support implementation of SOPs for service, hygiene, and guest engagement.
  • Work closely with the management team to meet sales targets and operational goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality, F&B, or café/restaurant management.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
  • Knowledge of specialty coffee (preferred, but training will be provided).
  • Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
  • Leadership ability with hands-on approach to operations.
  • Problem-solving mindset with focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced environment.
