Role Overview

Senior Growth Manager

What You'll Do

• Identify high-impact growth opportunities across the entire user journey
• Build hypotheses, plan experiments, and execute structured A/B tests
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Tech teams to drive growth initiatives
• Own metrics related to acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue
• Diagnose problems using data and user insights; propose clear solutions
• Track performance through dashboards and present insights to leadership
• Manage multiple workstreams with strong prioritization and timely execution
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality execution

What We're Looking For

• 47 years of experience in Growth, Product, Marketing, Strategy, or similar roles
• Proven experience running A/B tests and scaling successful experiments
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Excel, SQL, and dashboards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Customer-first mindset with creativity and ownership
