• To be a face of management in front of client
• To manage all internal issues related to infrastructure, technology, people, etc
• Resource & infrastructure optimization
• Hiring & training new resources
• To work on RAG tracker & flag the EWIs
• Handling all level escalations independently
• Meet the customer expectations
• Need to prepare various presentations required for different forums
• Identify the process gaps & share with client to fix it
• Review & sign off DPMs and FMEAsKey Accountabilities:1. Manage Finance & Accounting operations of Global Clients. Ensure high C-SAT and NPS for the Clients is maintained per organizational direction and targets.2. Responsible for smooth management of finance and accounting operations. Expertise in RTR, PTP, OTC function. . 3. Responsible for P&L of the Accounts 4. Responsible for the farming & hunting target for the Accounts5. Ensure 100% SLA adherence6. Ensure 100% compliance with internal controls and external controls.7. Ensure productivity commitments for the Accounts/ Clients are met.8. Have mind set of deriving Transformation and Continuous improvement agenda and program for the Accounts9. Experience and exposure in analytics , deployment of tools , Power BI, Dash Board, Query Management tool etc desirable. 10. Ensure people management. Driving Team bonding, managing the Managers and below bands efficiently.11. Hands on experience in managing transition of large deals needed.
