About the Role:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be at the forefront of our creative strategy. You will translate marketing and business objectives into compelling brand stories, designs, and digital experiences. This is a hands-on role for a creative leader who is eager to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of a wide range of materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, website assets, branding, print collateral, and presentations.
• Conceptualize and develop innovative visual concepts that are on-brand and resonate with our target audience.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring high quality and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to understand requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
• Mentor and provide creative direction to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring team environment.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

• 4-7 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced in-house creative team.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital design, and typography.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, colour theory, and user-centric design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
• Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently on multiple projects.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for detail.
