Job role: Sr. Graphic Designer Duration: Full time Location: Mumbai HQ Experience: 5+ years Job responsibilities: Assist in the design and development of creative assets for digital and print projects, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, marketing collateral, and presentations Collaborate with senior designers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives Generate creative ideas and concepts, and contribute to brainstorming sessions and design discussions Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and design standards Support the production of design deliverables, including image editing, layout design, and file preparation for print and digital distribution Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to enhance design skills and knowledge continually Assist in maintaining and organizing digital asset libraries and design files Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to refine and improve design outputs Qualifications: Proven graphic designing experience A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines A degree in design, fine arts, or related field is a plus Command over current design trends and aesthetics
