Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to manage design projects from concept to execution. You will work closely with the marketing and branding teams to create visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Design creative graphics for digital and print platforms including social media, websites, brochures, packaging, banners, and more. Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver effective design solutions. Manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and timely delivery. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices. Assist in mentoring junior designers and reviewing their work. Prepare and present design concepts to team leads and stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work. Excellent understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography. Strong communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or basic animation tools. Familiarity with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
