Job Description

Position Overview: As a Senior Graphic designer, you will play a crucial role in elevating the visual appeal and creativity of our commercial photography and videography projects. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that align with our client's branding and marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and creative requirements. Brainstorm, conceptualize, and develop visual design concepts that align with the project's goals and client expectations. Create and design compelling graphics, layouts, and visual elements for commercial photography and videography projects. Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to produce high-quality visuals. Ensure that design deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards. Keep up-to-date with design trends and best practices to maintain the company's creative edge. Work closely with the production and post-production teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into projects. Provide creative input and suggestions for enhancing the visual appeal of projects. Assist in client presentations and reviews to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments. Mentor and guide junior team members in design and creativity. Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proven experience in graphic design and creativity, particularly in a commercial photography and videography context. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.). Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing project requirements. Prior experience in the photography and videography industry is a plus. Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and creativity projects.
