Senior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Delivery : Ensure the timely production of top-tier visual content, consistently meeting client expectations and promptly resolving any client issues that arise.

• Creative Innovation and Experimentation : Foster creative innovation by introducing new design concepts and techniques across projects to elevate visual content quality and impact.

• Training and Skill Development :

  Continuously advance expertise in advanced design methodologies, creative ideation, and emerging marketing trends through ongoing professional development and certification.

• On - Time Deliverables : Ensure prompt delivery of visual content projects and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders regarding project status updates and milestone

Requirements :

Experience:

• 2+ years in graphic design, including at least 2 years in a senior role, with a strong portfolio and proven expertise in leading projects, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Skills :

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring junior designers.
• Creative vision and ability to develop innovative design concepts aligned with brand strategy.
• Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively presenting design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.
