Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled, detail-driven, and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and take the lead in producing compelling visual content for client brands and internal marketing initiatives. In this role, you will help shape design direction, maintain brand consistency, and deliver high-impact creative assets across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality visuals for digital, social media, print, web, and video campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, strategy, and content teams to understand project goals and develop strong design solutions.
• Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and current design trends.
• Elevate creative ideas through typography, layout, color theory, and modern design styles.
• Review and refine design work to maintain top-tier quality before final submission.
• Work with video editors and motion designers to support visual assets for reels, ads, and animations when needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Offer mentorship and creative guidance to junior designers when applicable.
• Stay updated on emerging tools, design innovations, and industry best practices.
• Maintain organized source files and asset libraries for efficient execution andteam collaboration.

Skills and Qualification

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing agency or fast-paced creative environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing campaigns, UI designs, social media creatives, and ads.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro is a plus).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing trends, content-first design, and social-media-optimized creatives.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present creative ideas confidently.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for aesthetics, storytelling, and impactfuldesign.
